Nice and clean, restaurant staff were amazing. Beautiful gardens. The waterpark was great but the location makes it feel separate to the resort. The pool bar was the only negative, the staff were not very responsive and it was just chaos, I paid cash but they charged to the room also, sorted out in the end but it took awhile.

From the moment we checked in and when we checked out we taken care of by the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating and their attention to every detail was impressive! The resort itself was beautiful, the pools were relaxing and the food was amazing! As a family of three there was plenty of options for activities around the resort and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Vietnam.

Goods: • Many staff members are friendly and pleasant • Unlimited pool towel usage is very convenient • The tapioca milk tea in the lounge is genuinely delicious and highly recommended • Great vibe and atmosphere. Bad (Well not that bad but disappointing for a 5-star resort) • A resort that constantly ties guests to schedules, despite being a place to relax. Even though this is a resort, guests are required to constantly watch the clock. Dinner must be reserved in advance. Sauna and sports activities are limited to very specific time slots (only a few hours in the morning and evening). You are always reminded of “until what time” and “from what time next.” Not for those seeking an escape from daily stress. • No outside food allowed, yet extremely limited dining options. The restaurants were fully booked, and the next available seating was at 8:30 PM. • Too many hidden extra costs, leaving a sense of distrust There were many unexpected additional charges during the stay, and the pricing felt lacking in transparency. • Noise issues from nighttime shows Shows held inside the hotel continue until before 10 PM, and the sound directly reaches the room. Children prbly cannot sleep, and it is stressful for those looking for a quiet stay. Better volume control or structural consideration is needed. • Very loud lawn mowing starting at 7 AM. The noise from early morning maintenance made it impossible to sleep in and relax.

Great facilities and restaurant choices. Water park and sport activities are added wonderful bonuses. Poor service at check-in though as we had to queue up, then argued about the ages of our kids for kid prices and had no drinks offered.

The Alma resort is truly an exceptional family friendly resort. Every day there were tons of activities for children and adults, like the kids club, water park, and 12 different pools. The food is amazing and we loved the breakfast options. All the specials were great as well like happy hour at the beach club. The staff are all incredibly kind and remembered the eating preferences of my daughter and brought her favorite vegetables at dinner, or my coffee preference at breakfast in the morning. Even though it’s a big resort we never felt like there were too many people and there was just enough attention for us from the staff. The spa experience was also amazing and we’ve left the resort totally rejuvenated. This resort was fantastic and we cannot wait to visit again!

The resort itself was absolutely fantastic—everything from the facilities to the service exceeded expectations. The only downside was the surrounding area, which offered very little in terms of external amenities. There were no nearby markets, shops, or restaurants, so guests are largely limited to what the resort provides, and those facilities which incurred extra costs, were inflated in price. While the resort had enough to keep us entertained during our four-night stay, those planning a longer visit might find themselves wanting to explore beyond the grounds. However, this would require travelling to the next major town, as there are limited options in the immediate vicinity.

This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools! The staff was pleasant and checked on us daily! Mi, one of the managers was amazing! She helped with booking our dinner and amenity reservations daily! Thank you Mi! My boyfriend has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and the hotel ensured that all the staff knew! Every restaurant we went to, the staff was already aware which made him feel at ease. During the middle of our stay, we decided to book another stay at this property to bring our family! We truly loved this place! We rate this property 10/10!

We loved it so much: The resort was green and marvelous with private beach, a lot of swmming pools, and the kids really enjoyed the water theme park. The restaurants and food court are great. We most impressed with La Casa - where we ordered breakfast from menu and the food and service was fantastic. Our apartment are spacious, clean, with fruit and water provided everyday. The staff are very friendly and useful. and the buggy ride are fast :). Couldnt be happier with our choice to stay there and will definitely come back when we go to Nha Trang again. Highly recommended if you travel with family and kids.

Our family stayed at the hotel one week. The hotel and its facilities suited for our children between 3 and 8 years old. We could not swim in the ocean because of strong sea vawes, but the waterpark and the pools work very well, althgouh after 5 days we started feeling that it would be nice to do activities outside the resort. The pizza and pasta buffee was delicious. The buffee restaurant was quite growded and there were long waiting time to pick some food.

I liked everything. The service was spot on Everytime I needed ANYTHING AT ALL I dialed "0". So quiet. Very much a family vacation. The breakfast buffet will blow your mind. Beyond authentic and tasty. One down side... The pools are too warm. Need to add cold water periodically.

This resort was perfect! We were a family of 4 with our 5 and 7 years old children. There was a lot to do with them and everything was free (except if you want to rent a tube for the pools or « lazy » river and for others activities for children as a course to do cupcakes, pizza or something like that). Lots of pools, a great not crowded beach, splash Park, kid club, youth club, giant chess play, some swings, sand boxes, Frisbee, kites and other things. The only downside of the resort is the average yet expensive food. But the breakfast is awesome with a lot a variety. The staff is always smiling and welcoming with a lot of nice hello. Finally, everything was perfectly taking care of on the resort and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you for this nice stay.

Relaxing Resort experience

The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. Only 2 female and 1 male toilets for a restaurant serving over hundreds of guests. 2. Buggy are not frequent 3. No towel to borrow in water park 4. Separate Check-in and check-out queue to shorten the waiting time. 5. The food in La Casa is too salty.
