"This hotel is conveniently located, and offers a surprising level of luxury for the price. My room was spacious, well-appointed and came with a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The staff was incredibly helpful. A colleague left his headphones in the room, and they had them delivered to us in Phnom Penh within two days and at no charge. I don't see any reason to ever book anywhere else when I or my colleagues travel to Siem Reap."

Impressively, the staff even took the time to learn their names and warmly welcomed them each time. By the end of our trip, all four of us agreed that this is exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit to Siem Reap. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! "

"The room we booked was not available so they downgraded us. The room we ended up with was clran, had a balcony and was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and the service was wonderful. The staff compensated the downgrade with a dinner and masssge. The pool and grounds were immaculatel and it was a litle oasis."
