Beautiful luxury resort. Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Beautiful affordable spa treatments. Beach is the most beautiful white sand, clear turquoise watered beach!

The room was lovely, spacious and quiet . The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly . The breakfast buffet was amazing with great coffee’s . The location is perfect only a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool is huge if you enjoy doing lengths it’s perfect.

Staff was amazing, nice room, beautiful swimming pool, 5min walking from best beach in Phuket, Surin Beach. It's a shame there are no hotel amenities on the beach, such as sun-beds, bars, etc.

Had to take a bus to the beach. Went for dinner at associated restaurant but needed a reservation and nobody told us so then had to wait an hour for the bus back. Generally an ok hotel but ordered coffee three times at breakfast and received none. Stood and waited for an omelette that they gave to someone else. An ok stay. Not a stunning location. Pool in room was freezing. Main pool is nice and we had nice drinks and snacks there. Staff not unfriendly but not bothered.

Twin Palms was exceptional - terrific staff attitudes - willing and able. Lovely pool and grounds and architecturally well planned with amazing loft pool villas - huge living dining level with additional full bathroom - large bedroom middle level and a large pool and deck on top . Completely private . Food is very good for lunch and breakfasts are true 5 star . We have stayed at many - this was one if our best finds ! Twin palms’ at Kamala has a great beach restaurant and their catch beach club is wild . Surin is a perfect locationn.

A beautiful hotel with a great pool and other facilities (gym and spa). Breakfast was great with lots of options. The free shuttle bus to the beach clubs was also brilliant. Great service and really friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend.
