The first room they gave us the ac stopped working they said they fixed it but after 5 minutes it stopped working again they put us in another room ac worked fine but the flooring was warped looked liked water damage no hot water in the shower and only give you one key so the ac and lights turn off when you take your key so you come back to a very hot room after being in the heat outside the staff was friendly and the room wasn’t bad just not as good as other places I’ve stayed at in patong the breakfast was not good and cost 250 each not worth it I would eat somewhere else over all it was a ok hotel just don’t expect to be blown away but the staff was the best part of it they were very great

The staff was nice but hotel and facilities needed renovations and we had some unwelcome guests in form of cockroaches in our room. Sometimes the water was only cold (shower).

The staff were excellent in hospitality and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean, cozy, quiet, and hi-tech. The pool was awesome! The breakfast food was great and delicious. Overall, the experience of staying in Bauman Residence was splendid. I would recommend this place for a luxury visit.

Rooms were clean...staff was good..pool and restaurant was good..massage inside....easy to find hotel from airport...15 min walk to beach..food markets..mall..etc....beds were hard like box mattress..brown sink water...water shower and tub temp inconsistent..staff has hard time understanding english...

I was really impressed with the staffs, they are very kind and helpful, specially Gun, the manger in the dining room, always very pleasant and ready to help, she really cares about her customers. The staffs in the lobby are also great, very helpful and friendly specially Aldulraman, very friendly guy and very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at Bauman residence and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Patong.

Everything was has expected. Overall clean, nice pool with sun, bed ok, very good buffet, close to the beach (walking distance). The only thing bad for us was the amount of children (too many, splashy and loud around the pool). But would still definitely go again! :)

Reception team for both check in and check out are sorely lacking in almost every way possible. No logic for the THB1,000 deposit and to make people wait for the refund. Apart from that the room was clean and large. Decent location which is away from the noisy parts of Patong and is a 15 minute walk.

Close to Patong central areas. Daily breakfast was terrible - don’t go after 9 (closes 1030) they don’t keep replacing food and limited options. No umbrellas for shade in pool area. Beds are hard as a rock although they did provide a topper when asked. Front reception is terrible - no customer service skills. Spa is not staffed and ready for service had to wait for 30 mins for staff to arrive and then had 3 staff sit in spa talking whilst having massage.
