We found the location was great, rooms were clean and the staff were amazing. Staff assisted with any requests. We had a busy schedule, including tours etc and it was nice to come back to, swim and close to restaurants. Breakfast was included and we absolutely enjoyed, while not being rushed.

Room was HORRIBLE, beds were garbage and was like sleeping on the floor. Lamp shades beside the beds were built up with so much dirt,Air conditioner leaked and left water dripping down the wall to the floor as well has collecting on coffee tray . Safe in room did not work. The pool side loungers unsafe all due to being broken . Pool itself was ok. Breakfast was good and staff were good too. Resort needs some fixing up. Shower by pool had green algae built up on the rain shower head.

It was a pleasure to stay in Viridian hotel, staffs are perfect and breakfast was excellent, they clean the every single day I was with my friend and we enjoyed the time staying there and there was a lovely, friendly Manager named Ryan and helped us in everything, I will definitely come back to Thailand and back to this hotel, thanks. Tucked back from the busy street, it’s like a little peaceful oasis amongst the really loud hustle bustle in the middle of Patong. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

We like The Viridian Resort, because it is quiet, and clean. The staff are always friendly and polite. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and bars. If you are expecting a flash resort, than don't stay here. As previously stated, we like this resort, and the pool is great.

A wonderful stay in the hussle and bussel of Phuket. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Tranquil pool setting. Highly recommend! Staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly.

Pleasant stay

The location is great for the beach and shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Pool was good. Breakfast was OK. The downside, was the bed was super hard. Would stay here again if the price is right

The resort is getting old, but it is close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. There is very little noise from the surrounding area, and the staff are fantastic. We love the pool, which is always clean. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. It is pleasing to have breakfast again at the resort.

Absolutely amazing Team! Preawa and her entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is conveniently located near everything- you can walk just minutes to the beach, food, shopping, massages, night markets, or catch a ride for island tours or any of the great attractions the area has to offer. The daily breakfast buffet with smiling faces, live egg/omelette station and many delicious options was a great way to start each day! Our only feedback is the beds could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great place to stay overall, we will definitely return to the Viridian!!

Let down at the last moment which was such a shame

Was a fantastic stay, but sadly it was let down at the last minute at check out. My partner dropped a mall bit of kebab meat on the sheet on the last night which left a small mark of chilli sauce the size of a 50p coin on the sheet. At check out they insisted on bringing the sheet to reception to show me and my partner the terrible deed along with every person who walked through the area on the way out of the hotel. They then spoke very loudly that it would need to be sent out for deep cleaning and tried to ask for 200B. Now as they only charge 50B per kilo for laundry I was not impressed at the charge. It was not about the £4:59 cost but the way they went about it considering we did not have room service for five days, I think putting a bit of vanish on the stain which offended them so much was not a big ask. I agreed to give them 100B and left the hotel as we had a taxi waiting for us. Let’s be realistic, we were in Patong in a three star hotel where there were a significant amount of single men with different lady friends each night and day (this did not offend us) and I am sure they have had much more to deal with than a little chilli sauce spillage.

ホテルは年数は古いが室内は綺麗でした。２階からベランダの有無で値段が違います。朝食は種類は少ないが無料です。プールは繁華街にあるホテルとしては十分かな。プール付近に飼い猫が数匹いるのも良かった。 価格も安いのでまた泊まりたい。
