"The hotel is not new but it is clean and has delicious breakfast, especially pho and eggs. The staff are the best thing and the reason I give it a high score. Jimmy and Sulli are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Jimmy introduced me to all the points of interest on the map. He also introduced many quality tours at very good prices. Unfortunately, we had planned a long time in advance and had booked all the tours already."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites. "
