Terrible experience from the moment I arrived I met Expedia know that I was approached by the mgr at the pool because I was talking to another guest and we where saying how disgusting it was there. Expedia told me to take pictures. The mgr if hotel was rude and started to raise her voice to me saying she did t know if the issues. I said that’s because your staff did t tell you. She in turn told Expedia that she will not be issuing any type of refund because I refused her offer, of which there was NONE by her. I told her the conversation was over and she walked away mad. Downright nasty and rude and I am not done yet with Expedia or the hotel. I have tons of pics too I’m posting b from that disgusting, extending stay crappy MOTEL as you can drive your car right to the door if your room

I had an issue with my stay, emailed to get assistance, was told I'd get an answer in 48 hours, then 72 hours, then it never came. Great - you got my money, but you've lost my business. Lesson learned - I stay at this hotel every year for Spring Training baseball, but I'll stay somewhere else from now on

Towels were dingy, sink faucet was not mounted to countertop, pillows were awful, Sheetrock needed repairs, asked for a refund, because mother in law had passed and we were leaving earlier than planned. They said they could not accommodate, even though we gave them more than twenty four hours notice. Coffee tasted horrible, and over all the place was not worth $220 a night. Greatly dissatisfied would not ever come here again.

This hotel met my basic needs, but property seems to need a facelift with the quality of the room we stayed in. Gum on the wall, beds were low quality, and there was a dirty towel. The TV remote didn't work and the room didn't feel too clean overall. I thought this would be a good deal with the price I paid, but we wouldn't stay here again on our next visit.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The property is not very clean. Our bathroom floor was particularly filthy! I did a load of laundry and the washing machine didn’t spin out the water. I had a load of dripping wet clothes that had to be dried! Not a good experience.

Staffing was wonderful and kind. The grounds were horribly dirty. Animal pee/poop all over. A 4”step just to get into the dark room. Floors were slimy and so dirty I had to wear shoes the whole time. Curtains were stained. Fridge was loud but worked well as did the micro. There was also an awful smell. It was a dump! I’ll never be book there again. Do better!!!

This place is absolutely horrible and I filed a complaint with them. There was toothpaste spit on the wall in one area. To their credit they did clean this up after the first night. We would’ve tried to move rooms but it was late when we got to our room and we were traveling with a toddler. Then the next night we got back to our room, there were ants on the counter, when we woke up the showers did not have hot water. No one in our room had even showered yet. We checked out and went to another hotel. I have been in contact with choice hotels.
