The hotel is located in a convenient area close to I10. The hotel looks good but the bathroom and room smelt like cigarette. There were also what seemed to be pet hair on top of the AC unit

The room was very clean & smelled fresh. I wasn’t expecting a cooktop but it was there. Nice I had that option. Huge bathroom. Bed was super comfortable but my only issue not compliant. Pillows weren’t firm. Some people like firm and some people like soft so that’s why I say not a complaint. Overall, very happy with the day and I would definitely recommend for my family when they come to town.

We initially had an issue with the reservation i had reserved 2 queen beds but was given a king room. The hotel was sold out and the staff member went above and beyond to address the issue and was able to secure us the room as reserved.
