Spacious room with a nice additional living area and sofa. Good location, plenty of parking, and a nice swimming pool. However, the internet wasn’t working, one elevator was out of service and the other under maintenance at checkout. Bathroom amenities were minimal (only soap), no coffee machine in the room, and complimentary coffee at reception ended too early @ 7:30 am. Overall, comfortable stay but amenities could be improved.

The good. Price is decent. The walls are concrete so it is super quiet between rooms. Plumbing works. A/C is the best. Rooms are very very big. The downside. It is very dated and run down. Everything you see in old 70s motel is what you see here. It’s old. It has that old Reno smell. The guests here are a bit… not bad but just… ya know. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I did sleep very very well.

Parking on the side of the building was ok. There were a number of people living in vehicles around the back though. The room hasn’t been updated since 1983, but the pillows were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and very clean. The property as a whole was pretty dismal and not at all like the pictures. Definitely not a 4-star property as listed on Expedia.

The first room smelled like dog urine. The staff is as kind enough to give us. New room. There was no bedding on the pull out sofa, but again the staff was nice enough to retrieve it at late hours of the night and provide to us. Let’s be honest, there was a lot of weed smoking around. And the area es not the nicest. I sleep because I was tired.

If I could give zero I would. I didn’t stay and I am not boojee. Room smelled horrid, floor and furniture grimy. Sketchy activity outside, didn’t trust to leave my car in the lot. The entire hotel is in need of repair. And the evening manager needs remediation in customer service. The furniture in the lobby is run down and soiled. The first room they gave us was dirty, smelly, the safety lock was broken, and the lights did not work. There was a large bug in the toilet.. The second room was ADA, but just as neglected. The manager sent a "maintenance" person to inspect the room and told her to flush the toilet. Maintenance said the room smelled because the carpet was dirty. The third room was run down and the shower ceiling was decrepit. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The desk person was embarrassed for us. The best I can say is that the linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

I'm a roach motel veteran and i usually don't leave reviews. But there were yellow stains and a dry crusty spot on the sheets on top of the blood stains on the carpet in front of the sink. Sorry y'all, gotta meet the very bare minimum. Two stars because the room was an awesone size and things were pretty peaceful around.

I was given a room that my room keys did not work for, i was placed in another roon and the room was awful in apperance,smelly,dirty sheets,dirty restoom floor, staff was polite but overall hotel needs to be renovated, the reception floor was dirty, sticky and smelly, i do not recommend this hotel and i will never stay at that hotel again.
