Facility just opened the night prior to our stay per the lady checking us in. The lady checking us in seemed untrained on the computer process and coding our key cards. We were locked out of our room several times and the front staff had no clue how to recode our cards. There was no hot water in our room and for a 2 queen room there was only one towel and one washcloth/hand towel in the room. We asked for more and the front staff were not friendly at all. The dishwasher in the room had a strong stagnant odor with knats inside. The floors were dirty. There was no coffee machine - we were told it was stuck in the mail?? The price does not align with this zero amenities hotel. No pool, no breakfast, no anything really. We had to ask for an actual blanket. The beds has a sheet and a cover sheet. Don’t be fooled by the pet policy. We had an issue with that as well. Bottom line - for a hotel to be brand new - they were very unprepared for opening and the staff are subpar to say the least. Would give a zero if it was optional.
