Clean room and very new facilities. The AC was good and room was spacious with the 2 beds. Our room had an electric stove but no cookware though, only plates, cups, and utensils. The fridge is big and can fit a lot of food. Great stay at an affordable price in Glendale, would come again.

Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back

Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!
