A perfect location for a Fountain Hills visit! Nice, comfortable, clean room. We bypassed the breakfast as the offerings were quite underwhelming, but enjoyed a lovely coffee shop directly across the street! Would return.

Clean, across from fountain park; walking distance to restaurants (Phil’s has great breakfast) and shopping. Hot tub is a good temperature snd has powerful jets. It’s a nice hotel room. But I look for places that have a homier feel. The price is great for what you get!

Clean room, amazing location. I didn’t “love” staying near the front desk and breakfast room because it was noisy from staff very early but honestly, I was extremely tired and never sleep well away from home. I would absolutely book there again. Stones throw from shopping, restaurants and the Fountain. Great location.

Wonderful stay. I noticed was how well thought out the room & amenities were. From the homey furnishings & room layout to the breakfast I felt like a valued guest. The breakfast room was such a nice surprise after expecting the usual ordinary choices. Good coffee too. I will be back soon!

Room, pool, and lobby were clean and spacious. Staff was great and very helpful. The toiletries were also nice. I especially appreciated the dark makeup towel that was provided. Workout room was clean and offered a good variety of equipment. Neighborhood was safe and walking friendly, with a beautiful large space to walk around and visit little shops all around. It is a bit of a drive from the PHX Airport, but well worth it and the roads were fairly straight forward. Wanted to give four and a half stars, but this only allows four.

Nice place to stay.

Rooms were clean, roomy, and quiet. Breakfast was basic. Having a refrigerator with separate freezer and a microwave was nice. Pool and pool area were clean also! Staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bath towels could use an update, as ours had some stains on them. The breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. A hot breakfast would have been nice, but this continental breakfast had more options than most hotels that offer a minimal breakfast. We would stay here again.
