"The room was very clean, however the shower tub combo did not drain well from the first time taking a shower. We were on the go though and kept forgetting to say something. On our last day, it didn’t drain at all while showering. I brought it to the front desk’s attention when leaving. He was very grateful I let him know and I think they’ll be on it before another guest stays in that room. Also, our door did not open or shut without really pushing on it to open and close. Forgot to tell them before we left. Our overall stay was great!! Entire staff was efficient, helpful and very friendly!! We were close to the two family pools on different levels that had a pool bar (probably served food too) between them. Walking to and from said pools at dark, there were parts that should have been lit better. There was a small step off the walkway onto the asphalt, but not lit. We knew it was there, so very careful. Lastly, we stayed in a more standard room, with what the resort called a patio with two chairs and a table. It was a concrete strip, not even 3 ft in depth, against a concrete or cylinder block, wall with small openings. We would’ve had to climb over one chair and the table to sit in the other chair. The whole setting looked extremely drab, dingy, dark and dirty. Kept the drapes closed. I know that sounds harsh, but it should be called a back alley fire escape route, not a patio. With all said, we did enjoy our stay."
"The pools and spas are exceptional. The bar-restaurant serves very good food at a fair price. The breakfast room is facing a nice indoor waterfall but the food quality was disappointing. Beds are comfortable but our AC was too loud. The price was competitive. We'll probably come back and choose an upgraded room."
"I visited for a mommy staycation and all the staff were amazing. The pools, the cafe, the architecture… it was all amazing! It is definitely more of a rustic/old money vibe so if that is your style then you will love it!"
"Clean room we got to check in early with no charge the staff was super friendly only thing was they had a parking fee was surprising it was not very much but why are they doing that."
