Do yourself a favor and just go to a regular hotel. At least there will be people available to help you. Oh and get off of Hotels.com as well. They couldn’t care less about what happens to you. I hope this helps, if not don’t say you weren’t warned. "

"Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice."
