"Had an excellent stay at the Royal Regency Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. The wifi was a little spotty but functional. There are quite a few places in the area to order from along with two restaurants in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is simple but enjoyable. Would recommended for anyone looking for a decent, budget stay."

"We had a GREAT stay! Huge room with lots of room for everyone. Can’t overemphasize how awesome it is to have a spacious room while visiting NY. Comfy beds. Breakfast choices were good. Eggs weren’t the best but the waffles you can make yourself are always a win. My son has a dairy allergy and the kitchen staff was very helpful in identifying things that had milk so we knew what he could eat ."

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."
