I really loved the closeness to the Rivers Casino and the quietness of the neighborhood. The available appliances and dishware were great too! I had 2 teens with me and they loved all the TVs and gameroom available!

We had a great time on our stay. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the area. We flew in on a redeye for a wedding and the flew back a day later. Most of the time in the place was spent sleeping, but it was a cute and cozy place. We walked to get coffee and brunch. There is a casino right around the block. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

4 adults stayed at this property. I inquired in advance about accommodations for the 4th adult to have their own bed. They noted there was a pullout couch available. In reality it was a futon or the option of a twin size blow up bed. I asked if this can be set up upon arrival by the host. The host denied and said it’s “self set up”When arriving at the stay, when futon was down, there were crumbs and other dirt. This would’ve been caught by the cleaners / host if they setup the bed like I asked. An uncomfortable amount of dirt was on the futon to sleep on, the host provided no solution to clean this in the moment. The blow up bed was too small for the adult. If we knew the true conditions in advance the 4th adult would’ve made accommodations somewhere else from the beginning. We requested a partial refund, the host gave a refund for 50% of the cleaning fee only. This was very frustrating and unacceptable - especially when we attempted to confirm the bed accommodations prior to booking.

Cute house

Cute house. Stayed here due to location to a concert and love this neighborhood. Communication with the owners was excellent. This property was great for 3/4 people I would not think 5 would fit. There is an air mattress for a 5th person but really no bedding for it (only pillow case and flat sheet were provided). The regular beds and bedding were very nice in the bedrooms. Loved having a full length mirror which not every place has. Main bathroom was big and had nice towels, soft tp and even q-tips. Good pressure and lots of hot water. Kitchen has everything you could need and snacks and water provided plus brita in fridge. The thing we really had an issue with what the heating. Although we could alter it, it was on a timer and would change on its own. We contacted the owner to alter but we should not have to do this. This house is really cute and in my preferred Philly location and I would definitely stay again.
