Some areas for improvement - no proper hot water for bathrooms and all their restaurants need to pick up food standards -big menu but none done well. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and exceptionally warm. Special thanks to Pine, Nutty, Milk, Beem, and Tiger for making breakfast truly exceptional.
