Our stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is stunning, particularly the pools and the grounds generally, and location right on the beach is perfect with shops and restaurants really nearby too. The staff made the experience extra special; everyone was courteous, warm and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and made up perfectly every day. We would love to stay again!

Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost.

We were so well taken care of by the staff at the hotel. The ladies at the club lounge were spectacular, especially Far. We will definitely be back as it is an excellent hotel with all you could possibly ask for.

Here’s the updated review with that added: Everything was great overall. The resort and the surrounding area are fantastic, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The only downside was the room: it felt quite worn out and outdated, and you can tell the resort has been around for a long time. That said, despite this one issue, we were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time there.

The location is excellent. Amazing sandy beach and two big pools. South facing so got lots of sun. We had a club suite which was vey spacious lacked a luxury feel. Overall an excellent 4 star hotel than 5. All staff most helpful and friendly. Good value for money

This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy. Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one. There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Amenities were amazing, staff so caring, 3rd floor level room with a view was lovely and comfortable, the grounds beautiful, pools were absolutely stunning but ultimately the beach was pure paradise. Clear water, mostly empty with some interesting views surrounding. Some nice restaurants in the area but not much else. Would highly recommend for a calm and peaceful stay out of the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang town, but only a 20min grab ride away to explore the night markets in the evening.

The room was clean, the accommodations were quiet and the staff were very friendly. The only thing is RC facing room really didn’t have an ocean view so that was kind of a bummer and it’s a pretty long walk from the hotel rooms to the lobby for breakfast however, if it’s raining, they’ll give you a driver in a golf cart. I thought the grounds were really beautiful. The pool was fabulous.
