El hotel está muy bien situado, en la playa, tranquilo, y cerca del bullicio por el otro lado, las instalaciones están bastante bien, la piscina muy agradable y tranquila. Lo único q no me gustó fueron las camas, el colchón muy duro.

Me gustó el hotel. Excelente ubicación, pileta grande y linda. Los cuartos son limpios y espaciosos. El desayuno ok, cumple con lo básico, aunque desayunar en la playa suma puntos. A mejorar: El wifi muy inestable, los canales de tv no funcionaban, la cama de poca calidad con resortes poco confortable y la atención de algunos funcionarios era desganada. Pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Ajustando esos puntos podrían subir un nivel.

Breakfast was great. Room was great, but was not cleaned spotlessly like I've come to expect. Glass windows were dirty, glass mirrors were streaky, furniture in the room was noticeably stained. Hard water stains on the sink and in the shower, on the soap bottles, etc. Leaves and debri floating in the plunge pool. They need to spend another 20 minutes on the room before turning it over to the guests, and invest in a steam cleaner to get stains out of furniture. Beds were hard but manageable. Bar noise was audible but not really that big of a deal.

Bästa boendet på phi phi islands

Detta är min tredje vistelse på phi phi och detta hotell kan jag säga med säkerhet är det bästa på ön. Läget är jättebra - det ligger mellan gågatan och stranden men ändå i en lugn atmosfär. Det finns en fin pool med fantastisk utsikt och personalens service är toppen. Moderna rum med inbyggd AC och smart-TVs.
