We didn't receive any communication regarding checking in or where to park, even though we had been in touch to reserve parking, so that would have made our arrival much smoother. However, we would stay here again as it was a great location and good value. "

"Location of this hotels was perfect. A bit far from city center but we had a late train so having a hotel attached to the train station was perfect! Only complaint is that the air conditioning isn’t great and our room was very hot, which made it difficult for all of us to sleep. "

"The hotel was extremely clean. James was very helpful and checking us in. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I love the coffee bar available. Whenever you’re looking for a pick me up. And the location right across in the train station is amazing. If it’s your first time here, some AI and websites may say they’re a pick pockets in the area. I found it to be very safe, cleaning, full of vibrate, restaurants, and things to do. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to all of the exciting tourists destinations. I will be staying at this hotel Every time I visit Brussels."

Large room, friendly staff, great breakfast But – room not ready at check in, while offered a hot drink we were then forgotten about, room thermostat was broken and kept heating the room ever warmer and the auto downlighters for the accessible room (we didn’t need an accessible room) kept waking everyone up each time someone got up to use the bathroom overnight."
