If your looking for just some where to stay and not want luxuries this would be good. Not in CBD but you can walk to shops n transport. Staff are friendly. Mostly located in the business n administration district. Rooms have cooking facilities

Quest Kings Park
Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.
