"The property was within walking distance of the shopping areas and Perth Station, which was very convenient. The bed was really really comfortable and clean - I had a good night’s sleep throughout my stay! The view from the room was also beautiful, especially during sunset. What could be improved: 1) Cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel could be improved. For example, some breakfast tables were grimy, walls and the tissue box in the room were dusty. 2) The shower area did not have a proper demarcation, so water tended to flow out of the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. Would also be nice to have an additional ledge in the shower niche for guests to place their toiletries. 3) The instructions regarding the use of the room credits were not very clear. More detailed information or clearer instructions would have been helpful."

"Great stay! The staff were so helpful at check in due to a change in circumstances. Despite being out of hours for housekeeping the guy at check in helped us out without question. I genuinely appreciated it. Fantastic location, supermarket & one of the free bus routes directly opposite. Shops, takeaways, main bus & train stations are so close by making the whole trip easier. 10/10 for a city location! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel was at night in the week which was great to get some rest."
