"Staff was friendly. I liked that they offered coffee and cookies in the morning. They had a nice lounge are with board games that anyone could use. We did utilize it a couple of nights and it was fun. The property was under construction for part of it. To go to our room we had to go in a big circle. For the most park it was ok. Try close to Fisherman’s Ward and Ghirardelli Square, also about 20 min walk to North Beach, Washington Square. "
"This hotel is excellent. We loved everything about it except the noise level outside the hotel. It is very noisy. Street racers at night, street cleaner during the wee hours of the morning. Bring a noise machine and ear plugs. "
