"There was no hot water in the room for three hours. The hotel looked nice outside, and it was horrible on the inside. There was cockroaches, the king bed was two full size beds with a mattress on top of them. No one should park in the parking lot. They were still trying to charge us for that night even though it was full. Will not book again."

"The staff is very friendly and professional, and the location is great for events at UPenn. The room and facilities overall could have been a bit cleaner and more organized when I first arrived, but it wasn’t anything major. There was also some distracting construction noise in the mornings, but I’m sure that’s temporary. "

"This is a condo apartments not a full service hotel. It is very nice but if your expecting any amenities and servi e there is little of that. Would stay again. "
