The room was great. Staff good except on security guard. He was very rude starting with his approach. Cut me off while I was talking and no regard for representing your company. Three of my guests were planning to make reservations because of the good time they were having and the experience. They decided to opt out due to the security behavior. Overall I really enjoyed myself Ang glad I chose the W for my birthday weekend.

Service in the bar was extremely slow, even when there were no other customers. The room was so loud, probably the loudest room i've ever stayed in with the AC sounding like an old washing machine. Even when i turned it off, I could hear the rooms next to mines so loud, turning on and off every 20 seconds. It made the stay very unenjoyable and I spoke to other guests who said the same. Other than that the hotel itself was nice.

I would recommend the W to anyone looking for a romantic weekend getaway or if you just want to unwind by the pool with some great food and good music. The Wet Deck was definitely a place to vibe with someone special, alone, or with a friend. The nighttime or daytime views from the rooms are can set the mood for a romantic encounter or fun for a selfie session. If you have the opportunity stay at the W Philadelphia.

I had many issues staying in w hotels across the US and it’s unfortunate because I love the designs and locations of their properties! W Philadelphia disappointed in many ways including a broken cooler/mini fridge, tv didn’t work, and double charged for my stay.
