"The location of this property is PERFECT if you like being within steps of cool restaurants, quaint coffee houses, shopping and all the sights. The hotel felt like a sanctuary from the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was a breeze. Priced so reasonably I upgraded myself to a suite. It was larger than expected and impeccably clean. Even my room service order arrived sooner than promised and was not only perfect (hot) temperature, but the most tasty dishes I’ve had from a room service in years. All staff were friendly and efficient, especially the doorman Phil, the lady bartender and my housekeeper. Checkout was also fast, no unexpected charges and all credits had been applied. Five stars all around and I will certainly return soon. "
"We were dropping off our son at Penn over the weekend, and the hotel had a fun buzz with all of the families there to do the same thing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, but if you want to have a nightcap, there are plenty of nice spots within the hotel to unwind. I look forward to staying again!"
