"The hotel is in a great location for attractions and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and approachable . Our door didn’t open first time but the locked was fixed immediately. The rooms feel a little worn now but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. "

Hotel is 10/10 nicest place in Liverpool I’ve ever stayed by far. Ginos restaurant an ginos sky bar however, not good at all, but this is seperate from the hotel "

"The room was clean and had a good fan and a decent coffee maker. Also had a fridge with complimentary fresh milk, water and cookies which was lovely. Superking bed and best nights sleep in a while. Black out curtains were amazing. Breakfast was fab. Best buffet breakfast we have had in a while."
