"Staff excellent. Breakfast great Rooms very very nice. Stayed last year but this year showed a massive improvement. Had a room downstairs far superior to upstairs. A little noisy around 130 am but nothing you can do about that. Staff considerately and diplomatically moved non disabled parking guest out of disabled space. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend it. Will be back. Receptionist on duty 830 am last Tuesday was exceptional."

Far eno8gh away from the crowded centre but close enough to get to, 20ish minute walk(we dont mind walking) The room was lovely and spacious the photos dont do it justice, really liked the separate floors for bedroom and chill out living space. The tub was massive, had a lovely soak. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the spa as it as booked out. Breakfast was great, good variety of food, friendly and helpful staff."

It is so convenient for the city centre and it is amazing value for money.
