There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. Large variety of restaurants outside the hotel & it’s a good walk along the pathway on the beachside behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends. "

"We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived, the front door staff, concierge, security, and bell staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The cleaning staff provided excellent service and maintained very high standards throughout our stay. Our garden room was well equipped, clean, and spacious, with excellent air conditioning, making it very comfortable to relax in. We also found the Discova third-party tour operator located at the hotel to be very informative and helpful. They planned our trips well, and everything ran exactly as expected. The only minor drawback, and no fault of the hotel, is the heavy traffic around the hotel in the afternoons. A 20-minute walk can take up to an hour and a half by car, so walking is often the better option. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding staff and great accommodation. We would happily return."
