"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"Excellent to be able to park car securely at the accommodation. (Rarity in Tenby) Staff from welcoming on arrival explained everything we needed to know. Lovely spacious room with huge balcony facing onto golf course. Beautiful food for breakfast. Short 10min walk into centre of Tenby perfect. Would definitely stay again"

"Despite paying in advance for our room, on arrival we were advised that the booking had been cancelled. Very vague explanation from the owner. We had not been notified about cancellation and had actually been emailed by the property 2 days before to query if we were still coming (yes) and to complete an online check in form. Hotels.com had no knowledge of the cancellation either. Not impressed with behaviour of manager at the property."
