"This hotel was absolutely perfect! If you’re visiting the Hard Rock Casino, the location couldn’t be better. It’s directly across the street, giving you an incredible view of the iconic guitar-shaped hotel. Watching it light up at night from the property was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Another huge plus was the complimentary shuttle service that runs back and forth to the casino every hour, making it extremely convenient. The rooms, amenities, location, and overall experience exceeded expectations. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"I have stayed here about 9 times.. I love this place. Now it has been renovated which makes it even better. Great Pool areas, Gym is awesome and new, tennis courts are great. The Steak house Restaurant is World Class!! The near by shops/restaurants within walking distance make this hotel and hidden gem in an amazing area. Will continue to stay when I visit Miami. Excellent in all facets!!!"

"I had no idea this was an extended stay! Day one, the elevator was wobbling between floors and took a day or two to fix, not accessible to persons with disabilities. The windows only opened a pinch, the room was stuffy and the air conditioning was not working so we had to sweat it out until someone could possibly come fix it. The next day the toilet water stopped and did not flush. So we switched rooms, luckily the room next door was available. A couple times we had to go ask for towels because there is only one person on staff and nobody to bring them up, only to get to the counter where they tell you that you must bring up your dirty towels in order to get new towels. At which time I ask about ice. There is no ice, you have to make your own in the ice trays that are in the freezer. The front desk person was kind enough to offer 1/4 full bag of ice from their freezer, but I did not take. Eventually, the fridge started to lose power and to top off, there’s a sign that stated that if we are in need of appliances we can go down and ask for them, there were none! I would not recommend at all. Zero stars!"
