Property is conveniently located in Miramar & Pembroke Pines for shopping. I was given a room on the groundfloor meant for handicapped patrons. The shower rod was not well secured which meant the shower curtain slid outward with the result that much of the bathroom floor became wet during showers. At check-in, I was clearly informed they were giving me the room Expedia paid for. This is fine. I just didnt expect it would be ground floor next to the ice machine, public restrooms and lobby.

When I walk in to the room it was hot the ac was not on I had to stand to the door a little bite to get some cold air. And I was very much expecting to get a late check out but I was told at the time of check after I reached upstairs that I have to call the morning team to asked them I did that they told me you all was full she can not give me a late check out it was a waste off my time never again
