Para mejorar destacamos: no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de agua que no es eficaz y hace mucho ruido, deberían poner por lo menos un ventilador de techo o de pie silencioso. Las ventanas deberían tener mosquiteras, y los amenities (jabón, champú, etc) eran escasos y de mala calidad. El desayuno muy pobre (tostada bimbo y café). "Too far to walk to centre so relied on taxis which reception ordered but the return journey meant waiting at a taxi rank which took a while. Bar area lovely for a drink and light meal and parking excellent as very close to reception."

"This was my second stay at Eurostars Acueducto, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable — right at the foot of the stunning Roman aqueduct, making it the perfect starting point to explore Segovia on foot. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient, providing quick and friendly service during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism was much appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, with spotless bedding and overall excellent cleanliness. The property also offers on-site parking (for an additional fee), which is a valuable convenience in this area."

"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."
