The hotel is well located outside the touristic but very easy to walk to old town. Staff friendly. Room a little basic but clean. Overall ok but in my opinion, not worth the price I paid a night if I compare with all my others bookings

As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stay again.

This was amazing. To be staying in a 500 year old monastery was remarkable. The history was awesome. We were in an amazing suite with all the luxuries you could want. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel set within a historic building. Staff were excellent. So was the breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Segovia and a short bus ride from the AVE rail station. It also boasts a gourmet restaurant however due to other commitments we weren't able to take advantage of it.

Good location with good on site parking. Breakfast has a good choice. Easy walk into the historic town with some lovely local bars nearby.

The hotel did not seem like a four star rating, its more like a two star hotel. The only nice thing about this hotel is the cloister area and the city location. The hotel needs a big update, better rugs and curtains as they were old and dirty looking and maintenance for the remaining parts. There is no airfan extraction in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK but the spanish tortilla and hard boiled eggs were cold.
