"This hotel is just outside the city center 10-15 Euro Uber depending on time (and 5-8 Euro from the airport). The breakfast buffet is amazing. The amenities, pool, etc. are excellent. The staff are very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Great breakfast Buffett . There’s a lot of nice selections.. But there’s one thing that’s a little frustrating. Upon checking in we ask the staff if they could call a Taxi transport to the airport the next day.. He said NO because he said there’s a lot of taxis passing outside.. We were group of 8 and we were planning ahead.. Since the staff said NO to the request, we were asking each taxi driver we used for the sightseeing.. We even got the phone number that we could call him to be our transport to Airport..But surprisingly the staff @ the front desk said that he could call taxi/taxis for us..@ like 0845 AM May 1, 2026"

"The room was clean, but in-room amenities were very limited. Staff were variable in terms of friendliness, some much more friendly than others. Within walking distance to shopping and dining. A short Uber ride to the airport."

"Perfectly located recover from a transatlantic flight in preparation for boarding a cruise departing from the nearby cruise terminal. It is also right next to the train station for easy access to the rest of Portugal. We found some nearby restaurants and touristy stuff to keep us busy for the few free hours that we had. The hotel was nice and the staff very accommodating."

"The room was big with an amazing view of the city and a nice balcony. The breakfast had options and it had good taste. The hotel photos don’t match what we saw in the lounging area to what it’s shown in the photos. Otherwise a great hotel to watch the city’s sunsets."

"This was our third visit and again this wonderful hotel not disappoint. This was part of a trip for our wedding anniversary and discovered we had been upgraded with treats in the room on our arrival. After a lovely check in where we were recognised from our previous visit, we were brought some champagne and sat at a bar in the lounge area to relax after the cab ride from the airport before being taken to our room to discover the upgrade and some lovely heart-shaped truffles. Breakfast in this hotel has so much choice, from fruits, meats & cheeses, a cooked breakfast and the bread/patisserie section, served with fresh squeezed juice and hot coffee. To date this remains the only hotel where I've been asked how hot I want my coffee served After a day out, we returned and had booked dinner in the River Lounge, where although its not cheap which you wouldn't expect for a 5 star hotel, the food was delicious and good value. An extra "Anniversary" dessert was served as a treat. The bar staff and drinks also exceed expectation with delicious cocktails, beers and snacks! There was some maintenance/refurbishment work ongoing on 2 floors of the hotel, but this was isolated and there was no noise disturbance. If you're celebrating, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel part of the Myriad family and we will be back again!"
