"Really great find! Staff were amazing, property was spotless, my room was huge and had an old record player and a hammock! breakfast was also really good! It is one of the older properties in Brighton which adds to its charm but it does mean you can hear outside noise if that bothers you. "

"Hotel and room were great. The TV in the room I had only worked if you stream cast (so no freeview) Also the temperature control wasn’t great, despite set to 18 it was much hotter (making it difficult to sleep) and there was a night club right out side which didn’t stop till 5am and the sound proofing was great."

"Stay at this hotel and you will not be disappointed. Our room was upgraded which had a more than ample bathroom and a sea view . All staff smily and helpful and a shout out for Abdul in the bar and Amy at reception thank you."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. An absolute shambles of a place. Do not bother staying here. We are disabled and were put on the 5th floor with no access to a lift. None of bedrooms advertised online was not what we stayed in. The windows were moldy, broken, held together by tape, gap at the bottom so constant draft coming through. No soap provided in the bathroom, no mat in the shower my husband nearly slipped. No one to speak to on the front desk as everything is done via WhatsApp. Completely disconnected from any human interaction and basic hotel quality. Absolutely disgusting. Just don't bother."
