Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow, which helped, but it's worth knowing in advance if you're visiting during warmer months.

we only stayed here for 5 nights but property had everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. bathroom had walk in shower with good water pressure. Hotel is situated in the center of the town a short walk from the train station and close to shops,restaurants, pubs and also about 10/15 min walk to Brighton pier

The staff was always available and very friendly. The room was even better than pictured and so well appointed- laundry tabs, dish soap, espresso pods, tea, cocoa, sugar and milk for coffee and bottled water all in the room ! Comfortable beds and AC unit. Mostly quiet halls and efficient elevator. Perfect location for us 1/2 way between train station and bus stop. Definitely recommend!
