"Beautiful hotel, excellent location! I wish they’d allow the room thermostat to go below 68 degrees for sleeping and the pool would close at 9pm instead of 10pm - a Loud party kept us up till 10:30pm one night. Also, the breakfast quality is poor compared to how nice this hotel is."

"Very nice, quiet and pretty little hotel. Parking right in front of the room. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a free breakfast, but I went out in town instead. Staff was helpful after I left. I had left my prescription glasses in the room. They were found, and will be sent to me. I appreciate it. Hotel is close to places in town."

"Hotel listing says FREE PARKING! IT IS NOT FREE! When asking, front desk said, Hotels .com fault, they updated 6 months ago to they DO charge for parking, so they dont feel accountable at all. I paid, will never stay again. "

" Parking area was secure and convenient. Rooms were clean. That's the best I can say. Property is old and I heard it was just sold and the new owner will upgrade the facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had very basic menu, more like bar food. Very limited. No coffee, had to get it in the lobby. No breakfast available in restaurant-just some "pastries" in plastic bags and coffee dispenser in lobby. Toilet broke down at 11 p.m., no maintenance staff on duty. Had to get luggage cart and change rooms on my own. No valet service-all luggage handled personally with luggage cart. Only one elevator to use. Dated furniture in room. One lamp out, no bulb replacement. Hall light near elevator out. Great location. Los Gatos is a beautiful town. Probably wouldn't stay there again until it is updated. RIght now it's a place frozen in time-maybe 1980. The new owner could turn this into a first class place appropriate to the town."

"Wonderful older otel saint and tradition. Clean excellent rooms. Towering cypress trees and a rose garden. beautiful neighborhood. Short walk to town square and shopping, restaurants. Great for avoiding modern sterility. Clean room and bath, easy free parking."
