"It was a nice stay. Pool restaurant and bar staff were great. Rooms are very clean. Coffee shop could have more option for non dairy items. They only had milk. The lounge chairs for the beach were terrible. Old, dirty, ripped and definitely time for an upgrade. Also, a leak from balcony above happened and woke up to a big puddle on our balcony. All in all it was nice but I wouldn’t say memorable. "

"I really didn't mind this hotel. My family and I stopped at Hotel San Jorge for a few hours. We had to wait a bit until our room was ready as we arrived before the check in time. However, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was very close to the airport, Pueblo supermarket and the cruise port. I would stay at Hotel San Jorge in the future. Thanks"

"The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay. We chose the suite because we were traveling with a toddler and hoped to still enjoy some time as a couple in the evenings, including relaxing and watching TV before bed. While the room did face the ocean, its condition did not match the price or expectations. The carpet looked very old and dirty, with sections coming apart. There was visible rust in multiple areas, which may be somewhat understandable for a waterfront property, but the peeling, scratched, and deteriorating furniture made the room feel neglected. Under the bathroom sinks, the exposed plumbing was extremely dirty and very noticeable. The TVs were outdated and extremely restrictive. Although the system claimed apps could be installed and inputs could be changed, neither worked. We tried both TVs and even attempted to connect a laptop, but nothing was allowed, so the relaxing evenings we planned didn’t happen. This was our first family vacation, something we had saved for a long time, and the room simply wasn’t worth the upgrade. On a positive note, the food was delicious and the bartenders made great, strong drinks."

"The room was very dirty. The sink still had soap residue from bar soap, shower drain was full of hair, half used shampoo bottles were left on window ledge. I believe the refill as the ones left for us were not sealed. Toilet brush was full of feces. No glasses in bathroom to rinse your teeth/mouth. Entry to the keybox was frustrating as every time you put the code in and start to pull open for the key, the code numbers would move. Lampshade was full of holes and the base was rusted out. We requested extra pillow and towels, but management never responded. Air conditioning was great as was the fridge/freezer"

"Our stay at the La Concha was much needed and refreshing! The room was clean, the lobby impeccable, and the staff was top notch. Whether you're chilling in their pools or relaxing beach side, towels and drinks are always nearby. We'll be back especially since the casino is pretty much in-house!"

"The air conditioning worked great ! The hot tub was great as well with a very nice city view and outdoor shower as well and laid back seating area. Staff was very helpful and attentive! The city had a water outage for a small period of time but no worries they also had backup water reserve which was awesome. Located near alot and overall great experience. Would definitely comeback. "
