"Check in was great. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The free shuttle to Old San Juan was convenient. The bartender was great and had recommended a local beer they had on tap and suggested we tour the brewery if we had time. We didn’t order off the menu but we saw a couple having burgers that looked amazing! My daughters purchased muffins that were super good. We at the breakfast and it was good. The pool was nice I liked that they had a little play area for little kids. We walked to the T mobile with our 2 teens and the area was very clean and safe."

"Everything was great, we have stayed at several doubletree inns before. The only problem that I had was that i left a bag with some facial care products and a souvenir in my room and it dissappeared while we out for the day. Thats a considerable loss. I reported it, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. The bag had my reciept in it also with my info on it. I'm very upset about that. Can someone please look into that for me? Room 2007 from 8/4 to 8/9."
