Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Not only are the beds comfortable & the food amazing, the staff are angels. They helped me when I had an emergency situation.The managers Jab & Earth stayed with me for hours and helped me translate in a series situation. AMAZING staff & hotel. I highly recommended.

I could go on and on about this hotel. The view is amazing, the amenities are awesome, and the beds? My bed was so comfortable it was honestly hard to roll over and go to work some days, and I work from home! Let’s talk about the food. Every meal was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The hotel definitely passed the work-from-home vibe check. The Wi-Fi was fast, breakfast arrived quickly in the mornings, and the room was spacious with plenty of space to think, relax, and even set up a small desk area. While all of these highlights are great, nothing beats the staff. I was going through a very stressful time during my stay, and they treated me with so much kindness when I truly needed it. At one point, they even went into my room and fed my dog using food from the restaurant when I couldn’t make it home in time for lunch or dinner. The entire staff are absolute rockstars. I love this place and the people who work there so much, and I know you will too.

Excellent value. Friendly staff, stunning sea views (courtesy of upgrade - with 1 bedroom suite), well-equipped gym, superb breakfast AND coffee. Central for both malls and seafront. Will definitely return!

loved this hotel

we loved this hotel. It was perfect for our New Year's Eve stay. We had a lovely room with a VERY comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was great. The view of New Year's Eve fireworks couldn't have been better, basically from our bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty available in the streets outside the hotel

The staff and service is really good. They are very polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. Breakfast is okay but during weekend where they have many guests, the staff is not enough and causing slow service. Food run out and there‘s no refill. Weekday, food option is not as much variety. Food station don‘t have staff standing by and I have to stand and wait for the staff to come in. No staff come to collect empty dish from table and you have to eat the food on stag old plates. This also include buffet in the evening. With 5-star, I‘d expect more organize of this service. VIP perk is not provided and no communication before check-in with the request. Kids club is good, keep your kid busy. Love the infinity pool, nice view. Sunset is very beautiful.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff’s attentiveness were outstanding, but the breakfast operation was terrible. There was a clear imbalance between the number of guests in the restaurant and the quantity and placement of the food. I had to move from my assigned seat to the opposite side where the food was placed. Naturally, this meant leaving my seat whenever I needed to get something else, during which time insects could get on the food. Additionally, although there were several coffee makers available, there was a shortage of mugs. The idea of squeezing your own orange juice was good, but it became unsanitary when done by numerous people. However, the staff’s overall responsiveness and communication were exceptional.
