This hotel has quite a lot of dust on the sofas, which triggered my allergies. Overall, the service is good. However, at the pool on the 5th floor, I noticed damaged tiles and pool edges. The restroom on the 5th floor was not very clean. The guest room was okay, but the TV is not yet a smart TV.

Great hotel with kids not too great without kids. I would not like to check in her only with my wife. Too many kids in pool and breakfast. But this time we travel with our 1,5 year old kid so it was perfect. What is making my grade a little lower is due to very cold water in the pool and slightly outdated room with small damages.

Especially door man. -the hotel is quite big but there are only two elevators and little bit old type. -The pool was exact same as photos from website. Just ok hotel. It finds better hotels for the same price nearby. Reception area dirty and wasn't cleaned properly in a long time. Room cleaning works, and is as it should be! Nice staff at the breakfast restaurant, but food selection is just ok. Friendly guys helping with your luggage! Service at reception desk forgets at sometimes just smile and saying simple Hello can be a good start of any stay at yhe Mercury hotel... Swimming pool area in the 5th floor could be cleaned more often. Ok gym with all basics equipment you need for your training session 👍

The area around and throughout the main floor are well done, landscaped and well decorated. The floors are hot and the cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. Again, if you want wash cloths look elsewhere. Also only a half shower door and a weird see through shower window on the opposite side with a blind for mildew to grow on.
