They always gi above and beyond great service here

Once again, as I have always have, I have enjoyed my stay. I love how they remember me and my preference of rooms. And always go abive and beyond to make sure my trio is enjoyable...May be time for a furniture and plumbing upgrade, but good enough for great comfort.

Very pleasant stay in March 2024 (10 days) at the LK Residence hotel. Spacious, pleasant and quiet “studio” room (room overlooking the rear of the hotel). Housekeeping and room maintenance carried out daily with care. Staff, very welcoming, discreet and efficient. Very convenient access on foot to the soi LK Metro area and also to the tree town food court. Walking street also very accessible via bathbus or mototaxi. Formula without breakfast (many cafes available for this, accessible in 2 to 5 minutes on foot).

Could do with some kind of step to get into and out of the bath tub. Spa did not work. Overall the staff were very geloful and friendly and willing to help if having a problem.

The room was spacious and very well furnished with a luxurious bathroom and huge, comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty special informal-yet-stylish feel, partly because it's an oldish building that is very well maintained and decorated, with ample space everywhere. And partly because the staff are charming, efficient and discreet. It has a nice pool and a great little sauna and steam room. It's a very convenient and quiet oasis in the middle of Pattaya, with LK Metro, Second Road, Central Festival and the beach all within a comfortable stroll of a few minutes. Ample opportunities all around for eating, drinking, relaxing and of course visiting the abundance of museums and art galleries that make Pattaya what it is.

She's an aged beauty but still my first choice...

I always stay at this hotel when I take my holiday vacation in Pattaya. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am doing ok and safe. Super friendly. I always tell others I know about this hidden gem. She's an aged beauty, but that just adds to her character and comfort to me. I always choose the 1 bedroom suite when I'm there... Great value for the money spent per night. My only regret is that they don't have a gym located inside of the hotel and I have to walk 1.5 blocks away to the sister hotel to get my daily workout and no room service, but neither of those missing conveniences is enough to keep me from always choosing this hotel for my stay in Pattaya. She's walking distance from EVERYTHING...and yet far enough away not to get consumed by heavy tourism traffic.

WARNING: the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel that seems like hasn’t been done in at least 25 years. This is not a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Everything is worn out and falling apart, and realistically a 2 star at best. The walls are supposed to be white but are grey with dirt marks all over them, the ends of the planks on the laminate wood floor are peeling up and have large gaps between them which can hurt your bare feet, the rooms have a heavy stench of must and cigarette smoke, the finish on every piece of wood furniture has heavy worn out marks, the tv is small with a very fuzzy picture on every channel making the tv unwatchable, my room had a jacuzzi that was also the shower with no shower curtain so the bathroom floor and the toilet got soaked every shower and you cannot use the toilet for hours without your feet getting wet, the provided soap and shampoo were terrible so plan on buying your own, the upholstery on the furniture was stained and worn out which I avoided to touch. The hotel os located in a central area, but next to a bar which has very loud and bad live music every night until 3AM. Trust me you will not be able to sleep. Being on the 5th floor did‘t help. I travel often and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non refundable room and management refused to give me a refund after I expressed how disappointed I was with the room. Not a good hotel for families or couples. Guys with guests will be charged a 500 baht joiner fee.
