"Fabulous hotel. Would highly recommend."

"Check in took about 20 minutes as the computer system was slow, but the gentleman checking us in was very apologetic and pleasant. Water pressure in the shower (both versions) was a bit lacking, but the lobby is pretty spectacular, the rooms have some nice quirks (even of one of our bulldog lamps didn't work), and they took the Wed 1pm fire drill very seriously (not in an intrusive way, but in a "make sure the staff is prepared" way). A bit off the beaten path, but not too far from several happenings, and a welcome change to Fitzrovia, Camden, Earl's Court, etc."

"This hotel was great for access to the tube and train station. Our room was very clean and super quiet. I thought I had booked a King bed and ended up with a Queen. If that’s a problem for you make sure you insure that’s what you’re getting. 👍"

"Overall the hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it’s in a fantastic location. However, there are few things to be aware of. If your room faces the main road, it will be very loud and bright until at least midnight (later on weekends). The blackout curtains do a great job at blocking the light from the street, but this causes the room to become stuffy very quickly since the windows are the only form of ventilation. It was not a surprise to me that there was no air conditioning in our room so my expectations were set, but it was a major issue for my travel partner. Additionally, the only water refill station is in the lobby and no carafe is provided in the room. Because of this, it was much more convenient to buy a pack of water bottles for the room which unfortunately created more waste. And lastly, I found it odd that our beds were on wheels. This may not be the case for all rooms, but if you stay here and have a bed on wheels - be prepared to stub your toe multiple times daily. It definitely isn’t a deal breaker, but was incredibly annoying. Despite the things mentioned above, I would 100% consider staying at the Bedford Hotel again and would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to London."

"Great location for transportation, clean room, good staff……very noisy rooms above and below, noise in corridors, beds uncomfortable, noisy generator kicks in early hours, can hear neighbours showering, can hear running water from water system too. "
