"Third time I've stayed here and still think it's fantastic.
A little bit of an older property, but kept in great condition.
Real close to everything you need.
Staff are amazing and do all you need and more. Thanks again."
"The hotel provides all the essentials at a reasonable price. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only downside was the entry doors that made it difficult when carrying luggage"
"Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. There is a mall in front with a lot of dining options. The breakfast is very good. They surprised us with a birthday room decoration when we came back for the day during my mother-in-law's birthday. If I come back to Bangkok will definitely stay here again. "
"I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was perfect. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful, even haggling with a taxi driver on our behalf ensure we didn't pay over the going rate. I highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone, it was a very special experience I will always remember. "
