The staff were really welcoming and helpful, the breakfast spread was incredible and catered for all dietary requirements. The room itself was quiet, very comfortable bed (with pillow menu) and we loved the heated toilet seat in the bathroom. The restaurant downstairs called Ruenton does a brilliant Pad Thai and the service was excellent.

Good location. just steps from food and shopping. it's an old property that been refurbished. Rooms are nice - basic but roomy. Staff are nice - but either not very attentive or over the top attentive. Breakfast is good. it's a great hotel for groups and first timers but less interesting for regular visitors to Bangkok. Good value for money though
