"Property was clean. Very nice. But air conditioning not working. We tried to reach property by WhatsApp and call but they never replied. We had to turn all fans and open windows so we can sleep. After check out we could not keep our luggage for few hours, nobody was present for breakfast. No food available. No water or coffee. No elevator

"Amazing!!! The hotel is in a beautiful and safe location, next to a shopping street but in a quiet area. So close to tour eiffel and the metro station. The room is small but gorgeous and extremely clean, the best is the personnel. They were so kind and nice, thanks for an amazing stay!!! we will be back"
