From the minute we arrived it felt special. The concierge was very welcoming and helped us with our lunch and dinner choices. The front desk staff on multiple days were very helpful and friendly too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great location too; close to the ET and metro.

The room was perfect for our stay: cozy and elegant. The spa was a great addition for unwinding after a two-week trip. Amazing staff. Adel was a super concierge. The ladies at the front were friendly and made use feel welcome the entire stay. The late night staff was fantastic in relaying messages to the day crew. This place is in a perfect and are location. Jay, miles and Alex in the bar and breakfast crew might be their best employees. Great advice on where to go and a good time.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious - with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi). I unfortunately left a cardigan at the hotel and I’ll update my review once it’s been found / returned etc.
