"I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy. "I moved from a deluxe twin room to a suite cause some family members visited and stayed with us. All the staff were very personable attending to you and helping us out. From the front desk: Tin, Christine, Cherry, Sarah, Zy, Cedrick, Aaron, housekeeper Eric on the 9th floor they are all outstanding! They greet you every time they see you and always ready to assist you with your needs/concerns. Definitely wouls stay there next time when in the area."

"No hassle checking in. Courteous and helpful staff. amazing lobby. I think the room is same as was 15 years ago :). Clean and spacious. Hot water is HOT. Walking distance to catholic church and major malls."

"We had a peaceful and wonderful stay here. Room was clean and all staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. One stood out. While checking out, I forgot my purse in the room with my passport, ID and money. The staff ( I forgot to ask his name, as everything in a rush) handed me back my purse, untouched. So grateful, for his honesty. When given a chance, I will definitely pick this hotel again."

"All staff from security at the door up to executive lounge breakfast room were courteous and friendly. Just need exterminator for baby ants, bugs & small cockroach! Also internet is very slow ! Otherwise had a great stay 👍👏"

"Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow. Walking distance to Edsa Shangrila and Megamall. Grocery and restaurants nearby. "
