"Very nice hotel in a nice part of Pasadena. The staff was warm and attentive. I had some business to handle when I stayed there and they were very helpful in allowing me to print documents. etc. The restaurant was good and open for the better part of the day and evening. "
"Great hotel and location! Easy walk to grab a meal and a quick drive to downtown Pasadena as well as other nearby cities/neighborhoods. Love the workout room in this hotel, it has a good assortment of weights and cardio machines to help you get your work-out in while you are traveling. The hotel is fairly new so the interior and exterior look great. Also, I like the way the lounge area is set-up ...there is a fairly spacious area near the loop where you can enjoy a light meal and/or work on your computer. The bar offers a decent assortment of wine, etc and seating the extends to the outside which is also nice in the evening. Overall, the hotel feels bright and welcoming, particularly the first floor. "Pool and hot tub dirty rooms not clean bed was broken I had to ask 5 times about the bed they did not change it until my last night had to ask every day for clean towels and to have room cleaned not a good experience at all "
"I appreciated the updated furniture and bathroom counter/sink...the bed was very comfortable...I loved the Luxury-Vinyl floors (as opposed to gross carpet)...and the pool was awesome! Jennifer at the front desk was super when I arrived earlier than check in, and let me leave my suitcase and gave great directions to some close by coffee shops. Overall it was a great little stay. the window pull-down blind was tacky and old but otherwise everything was great! Oh, and breakfast was very nice as well! Loved the breakfast room!"
