"The hotel is in a great location if you want to be out of the buzz of Lisbon with the nearby ferry a 25 min walk or 5 min uber/bolt. The room was amazing and I had a beautiful bay view along with a huge balcony! The breakfast was great each day with slight variety on some of the hot items although was glad the scrambled eggs were daily. The staff were so helpful fixing my safe in my room and being so warm on my late arrival, and luckily all spoke English really well so if concerned do not fret. The restaurant was nice it’s tapas style but delicious and the room was kept clean daily and if looking to save do not forget the kitchen you get in the room!"

"The staff here is incredibly helpful. Even the restaurant staff on the third floor opened the wine we brought from Porto and placed it in ice. They also made it possible for us to have a table outside in the sky lounge, even without a reservation, for a better view. However, I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the room is quite small. It’s too small for three people (including two adults and a teenager). We had luggages since we’ve been traveling around Portugal for ten days, and this hotel was our last stop before we went home. We were disappointed with how cramped the room was. The closet is also quite small. Also the fridge is only for the drinks that the hotel is offering, so you can’t put anything to chill inside. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right next to the train station and the mall."

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
