The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning (5am) after a long drive. I hadn't found an open service station with toilet that I was comfortable using per plan to stop fir a break and a nap so needed to use toilet. I was too early to disturb the people I was visiting so the hotel was the only option. The receptionist, after checking I was a genuine hotel client, though not due to check in until later, nevertheless allowed me to use the toilet in the guest lounge andwas very frirndly, answering my questons about street parking etc. All of my interactions with the staff were very pleasant - friendly and very focused on making the stay in their hotel pleasant. Extremely handy for (adjacent), Aquaboulevard centre. "
